Terms

Any contract for sale of goods between The Cleanwater Company and yourself will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with Irish Law, and you and The Cleanwater Company irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. Goods purchased on this website remain the property of The Cleanwater until payment in full has been received by The Cleanwater Company.
